Reno - Peppermill or Atlantis?
We are planning a trip to Reno in November. VPFree2.com shows both the Peppermill and Atlantis have good quarter deuces wild odds. Any thoughts on which is better?

Atlantis was voted the #1 casino "located outside of Las Vegas" by USA Today publication.http://thisisreno.com/2015/03/usa-today ... asino/Many pros I hear play at Atlantis, they also have the most 100% game selection that I've seen. Peppermill has lots of Deuces Wild.

Either place is good...Pepps is fancier, Atlantis will comp you better...if I had no cares about comps, I'd go to Pepps.

Peppermill rarely disappoints in all facets....I love Reno in general.....one of the more underrated gaming destinations in the world.

Glad to hear the good news about Reno. My wife and are will be in Reno/Tahoe the 2nd week of November. We haven't been there in years, but always liked it.

Can I hitch a ride Phil? One of these days when things calm down on the home medical front with the folks, the wife and I would love to meet you guys somewhere for coffee/and again. I am leaning toward South Point someday, but the wife would really love to go back to Aruba again. I am not picky, but smoke free would be a big plus.

That would be great. Love to see you again. I'm trying to get my wife into full retirement mode, but it's a struggle. As an alternative I've talked her into more road trips. We will be in Biloxi May 7th-10th, Cherokee sometime in late August or September and Reno/Tahoe in November for our anniversary. Maybe we can meet in Miami next winter. You would like it.

I'd stay at one and visit both. We never got to the Peppermill our one trip to Reno but did get downtown and found good-paying VP everywhere we went. My advice would be wherever you stay, check out the seafood place in the walkway over Virginia St. at Atlantis, good sushi, pan roasts, etc.
