Problem with # of hands in Single Play contest

I played the latest contest for single play, all 300 hands.  I was automatically kicked out of it after 300 hands, as I should have been.  I went off to play regular 50 play for a while.  I returned to the contest screen and clicked on the single play contest again.
 
Instead of being rejected because I'd already completed it, it showed that I'd only played 288 hands, and let me play up to 300 again.  I completed those, and was kicked out again.
 
Now when I try to enter the single play contest it works the way it should - it won't let me in.

I went to see if the same thing would happen if I tried to get back in the 50 play contest after completing it.  Wouldn't let me in.
