screen freezing and lost game entries

SupportI have been experiencing screen freezes and loss of conection to VP server, plus total of contest games played is not correct, showing about one half of actual total of games played. thanks

If you are referring to drawing entries, those now require a minimum score to earn an entry in each session. See contest rules and the number listed above the game while playing.As for the freezes... not sure about that right now as we have no other reports.

Thank you for looking into this. Appreciate your taking the time to research.   I checked with my carrier and they reported that they were experiencing off and on problems with service which was the probable cause.  I understand the rule change for a minimum scorce, was not aware.  thanks again
