has anyone ever noticed that on the daily contests, no matter how fast you play, even if you start playing as soon as the contest starts scores start to show up within 2 min. or so.
I think there may be some automated players in the system
where they have a program that plays the games.

Doubtful. There are different games every day. An automated system that will play any of 40 or so different games? Hardly likely.More likely is there are a lot of players on this site who look forward to the start of the contests. You, apparently, are one such person or you couldn't have noticed what you did. So why can't there be others as well?

A few people will sometimes hit "cash out" early just to see their name on the leaderboard with a low score (feel free to try it, if you don't mind wasting a session). In today's Daily Contest, the first reported score was at 12:04 and 7 seconds. Which with only 50 hands is reasonable for the fastest time.I can tell you definitively that we do not have "virtual" players programmed into our system as has been reported about some other game sites.
