$3 MILLION jACKPOT

Post by JIMDUECE`SWILD »

It 's a good thing that the check is coming from IGT in stead of the Taj-Mahal. http://www.pressofatlanticcity.com/news ... 6d4c2.html

Good for her. The comments made at the bottom of the article were typical.

Thanks for sharing Jim.

thanks Jim. i am curious, does anyone know if when one wins a large payout from a casino, do they pay the winner a lump sum or is it like the state lotteries, where the monies are annuitized or take a smaller sum?

I think I read some where that the progressives over 1 million are annuitized over 20 or 25 years. I don't know if a reduced, penalizing "lump sum" payout is offered.

Might make way for a renewed interest in the Taj.

Progressive slot money pit occasionally awakens from its slumber. $4 a spin bets on those are quite a leap of faith! Great story for Taj.
