One of the best nights I've had at video poker was at New York New York. It wasn't a gigantic jackpot but it was more than I expected. My sister was tired and went up to the room. I wanted to play some more so she gave me twenty dollars.I played dbl dbl triple line poker. I managed to turn that twenty Into into fifteen hundred dollars. Of course I shared it with my sister!

Congrats to you. So after you gave your sister the twenty dollars back you ended up with a nice little profit.
Bob not to be judgemental but it appears to me that you may have misinterpreted what the poster was trying to say. They may have been trying to say that they may play HERE,on this site, to get better at strategy when they do play for real at a casino.
.You may be right. If I misinterpreted what was posted, I apologize. If they are playing here with a Gold Membership (big if) and get correction and make a conscious effort to learn from the mistakes, they will indeed improve. That's how you do it.
Bob's also forgetting that people DO get better at casinos if (and this is also a HUGE IF) they spend the time and effort to seek HIM out and participate/observe whatever he is doing in whatever casino he happens to be lurking (or holding court, whatever...) trying to instruct the minions on what they all should be doing (or conversely, telling them all what is WRONG with them.....)Also, Bob is forgetting there are a few machines still out there that are designed to ensure perfect play via the AUTOHOLD feature.....IGT even had a number of machines with that very logo emblazoned on the front "LEARN PERFECT STRATEGY!  PLAY THIS MACHINE", and as far as I could see, the games/machines worked as advertised.Of course, such a person playing such a machine must now pay close attention, take copious notes (LIKE I DID back in the day...) and avoid booze.....more Big "IFs".....

I offer an olive branch and in return you get nasty. A true stalker would not have waited 7 hours and 18 minutes to reply.

A true stalker would not have waited 7 hours and 18 minutes to reply.*raspberry*Oh come on, "Olive Branch" My crippled arse......your branch was on fire when you tossed it to me.....7 hours & 18 minutes to reply is nothing...I assume you work so maybe you just had to be away from the forum for that time period.....or if it was your day off, I am sure you MUST have other obligations for your time and presence besides trolling this forum for Da Burglar posts (of course, then again, maybe you really don't....I dunno.....either way, it's weird.   )
