Re: Caesars AC Amazing Player
Interesting tax info. This would probably be this player's best case scenario then. From the sound of it, he wasn't too meticulous about record keeping, however! The IRS will usually, but not always, accept a win/loss statement from the casino as evidence of your drop. Backing it up with things like withdrawal tickets, casino ATM's, marker records, etc. is good practice. FWIW, I am NOT a CPA, just someone who deals with this issue yearly.

what is the real point of such a person playing these games in such a manner? I'm sorry but such a scenario, or such a scene where a player is doing this described behavior, is borderline sick.....whoever used the term addiction earlier is spot on 100% correct. This guy needs professional medical help regardless of any other considerations or issues.......

Can you imagine this being done with table games? Run from one BJ or craps table to another!

Short term you can win some money doubling, long term you cannot.

After a day of eking out a meager profit on quarter JOB, I can almost understand the roving desperation. It was just like watching paint dry. I am tired of squandering my day trips like this. It is a near total waste of time. I may turn to DW before JOB drives me to drink.

Reverse would be "short term you can lose money, long term you cannot.
It is a 50/50 prop bet

Believe me, rec players will lose long term. There may be a few winning years in the ledger, of course.
