I searched online and it happened to be that Stations Casinos do it for FREE and you get entered into a promotion doing so. Not sure when you will visit Bastardo again.

Not saying it's the best as I don't look for them, but Long Horn gives you a first card Ace for a $5 wager when you cash a paycheck. Locals only.

Station, including Bastardo, and Boyd properties will only cash checks with companies on thier register. Rampart will photocopy your check and you'll be good to go the next time around. No bonus there like at Station and Boyd, however they do not charge a percentage.

I do not think we will ever get the same sweet deal that most casinos and/or retail businesses gave out for cashing the stimulus check at their venue back in 2008. I do not know Vegas well enough to give you the answer your looking for.

If you want a low rate check cashing, I see a ton of people do it at a Walmart for $3.

I do not blame Stations as checks are not guaranteed money until it clears, money orders are.
