score won't refresh

During my play of Quick Quads I have gotten a session time out several times when I hit the deal button.  Now I notice that my score doesnt change.  I try to refresh the scores but they dont change.

I noticed my score being frozen while I was playing 10-play Five Aces Double Double Bonus.  I first noticed this because there was no apparent change in the score after hitting quad aces (no kicker).  I played a few more hands hitting refresh after every hand in which there should have been a change and there was no movement in the total points. 
 
When I changed to 5-play Quick Quads Triple Double Bonus, my score refreshed properly on the first try.
 
When I switched back again to 10-play Five Aces Double Double Bonus, I continued to see the frozen score prior to my hitting quad aces.
 
This occurred just a few minutes ago.  Good luck on identifying the problem.  And give me back my 800 points so I'll only be down 3300...and don't give me that "malfunction voids all pays" montra.  
 
Note: My score seems to be working properly on the screen in the CREDITS field.  But it is frozen at -4165 in the Nearest Scores list while I noticed the scores of another player changing.

I refreshed the browser twice and that didn't unfreeze the score.  Since my last post, I played MultiStrike and you can see that the score worked there since I am currently at the top of the list.
 
So, my problem is only on Five Aces.  I decided to try something in Five Aces other than what I was playing (10-play DDB) and after trying a few different options (3-play, 5-play, DB, etc.), the score finally moved after one play on 5-play DDB from -4165 to -4130.
 
I thought the problem might have fixed itself, but more plays now have the score frozen at -4130.
 
I hadn't used the new Confirm your Score feature, but when I tried that repeatedly I just got a window saying something like you were updating my score and to try again later.  I also noticed that the credits played were not being updated on the Dashboard for Five Aces only.
 
Both the dashboard updating in real time and the Confirm you Score feature IS working on other games.

Maybe you have a bum copy of 5 aces in your browser cache.

It's certainly possible that something is up with the scoring mechanism but I'd like to isloate it first.

Do you know how to clear your browser cache? If so, please do so while not on the game screen, then enter the game and try once again.

Or, close ALL open browser windows and then go back and try once more.

Oh well, maybe it will work tomorrow.  I'm not exactly certain what clearing my browser cache entails.  I have Internet Explorer.  I clicked on Tools; Delete Browsing History...; then Delete Files (next to Temporary Internet Files).  I did not delete History, Cookies, Passwords, or Forms.  This did NOT unfreeze the score.
 
I also closed down all the browser windows and started over to no avail.
