I don't think so. I was just dealt 9 3 6 9 9  and it locked up exactly like last time. that makes me 0-2.

Nancy, what cards were you dealt? My deal was 444A3 two different times.  No crash and no hangup.  I'm DSL running Firefox on WinXP Home Version.

Thanks, MikeA. We'll see if it's the 5's-K's payout that shadowman got once we hear some more. I have no idea why that would be, but it's a start.I guess i had better also ask what game type everyone is playing when it locks. Shadowman, I assume you are playing DDB?

There's at least one key difference, MikeA's QQ was for 400 credits whereas both of mine that locked up were of the 260 credit variety.

No credits showed up in the in the "win" area of the screen. The first time I thought I might have hit enter to facilitate the credits adding up, but this time I didn't hit anything and it hung up immediately (which it probably did the first time as well).

Yes, I'm playing DDB.

Alright, let's see if anyone can hit a quick quad for 260 on the deal and not lock up.  Ready, set, go! Obviously I can get our game developer to simulate this fairly easily when they are back in the office (I don't have the source code on this one), so we should have an answer in the next few days. But I'm impatient so I'll play a few hands and try to luck out.Shadowman, that's on 5 play right?

Yes, it's 5-play. I assume it will be easy to find once you have the game code.

Okay, now I feel stupid. Since I only care about seeing this on the draw, I'm rapidly dealing and not caring about the hold cards.  I got dealt a QQ with 10's after a very short time but hit spacebar right away and forgot that it's not auto-held.  D'oh!So I guess I better ask, the error happens after you hold of  5 the cards and then hit draw, right?I'll keep trying but will slow down enough to not make the same mistake twice.

Right, otherwise you won't see the 260 credit icons either.

Notice how I withheld the the "confused" icon.

Bug SQUASHED.That was a nasty one.Turns out it was not related to the value of the quick quad after all, rather... (drumroll, please)...the mute button! The game calls a unique sound when quick quads are dealt and if the game was muted, it caused a lock in this scenario. The developer was able to track down the source quickly (great work!) and the new version is now online.Anyone with the game presently open that is playing with the volume muted is encouraged to refresh the game screen.  If you do not have the game open, the new version will load the next time you play.  Enjoy!
