Some I would tell, others I wouldn't. I am sensitive to how what I might say or do could influence more impressionable people.

Gambling can be an addiction for some personalities. I don't want to be the one to encourage anyone, regardless of how subtle or indirect that influence might be.

For the most part, those over 40 who I know to have taken a stats course in math, I wouldn't have a problem discussing it - but for those who may not understand the odds without a lot of explanation, I wouldn't mention it.

My wife doesn't like to tell others. Me, I don't mind.

I used to be sensitive about what others may think. Now I don't give a damn and if they don't like it, it's their problem not
Mine. I don't usually volunteer the info unless it comes up in natural conversation, but i don't hide it anymore. They get it or they don't.
