Oceans Casino - AC NJ 11/9-11/11
I played dream card and powerhouse poker .25 cent. Over the course of those 48 hours I was there I hit 15 hand pays, besides sleeping for 8 hours a night and getting dinner. I managed to rack up $2,400 in comp dollars as well. I went home up $18,800.

Ummm, wow. This is your first post....can you share, or elaborate on this apparent fantastic 48 hour experience at AC's newest casino? What, where, how often and how much do you typically play Video Poker? Do you have any pictures to share with the forum for us to marvel at and enjoy? Where are you from?
15 Hand pays....??!?!?!? Up almost 19 grand!?!?!? PLaying two of the most volatile and bankroll killing games out there......this is truly a once in a blue moon happening.

Videos are nice.....do you know how to put them up on youtube? a lot of people put their casino videos there, it makes for fun watching.
Your described success was indeed exceptionally prolific....I personally am excited whenever anyone beats a casino, whether I know them or not. Can you share or post some of the info I requested in my previous post, like how often you play, how long, where do you usually play, etc etc.
I may not be here much longer so I just wanted to get that in.....

Going back again this weekend to see Ke$ha, meet & greet, $2k in free play, Suite.
Last weekend I brought $5,600 down with me, and had $750 in free play. I initially was down to $4,500 before I started the major comeback. I went to sleep Friday night after dinner at Amada, up like $3,800 or something. Come Saturday, I started on 1 line dbl dbl bonus video poker $1, played for 2 hours nothing. Went over to Powerhouse and played for 8 hours straight and killed it. At one point while I was waiting to be paid on one machine I hit a hand pay on the one right next to it.
I have a few pics and a video of the biggest hit AAAA on Powerhouse, with a redraw for kicker, which paid $5,800.
these 2 games are the only 2 that I could find that have a range in the handpay area for nothing more than a four of a kind dealt or AAAA's. I racked up tickets for the drawing on Nov 24th as well. People are looking and asking me how much I was playing. I said, $25 a hand, .25 cent x 100. What are you playing, they answer 6 nickels. Typical.
One thing in a casino anywhwere, you have to bet big to win big, and while getting 15 handpays in a weekend is pretty cool, I really won nothing more than a few grand, and its not life changing.
Good luck, I'll figure out a way to get that video up and pics.

Awesome, truly awesome! And congrats.
I've been playing Powerhouse a lot on this site for play/practice, and I used to (until about 15 months ago) play the single Powerhouse machine over at the Golden Nugget in AC.....I never, EVER had a hit remotely as good as what you just posted.
I applaud you and the fact you showed your face too! How often do you get to AC? Will you be there again in December, just before X-mas perhaps?

I also used to play at the Golden Nuggett, and my host Ralph, let's just say contrary to the Casino Magazines claim of the best hosts, he's one of if not the worst host in the United States, thats Vegas and AC. I left that smoke fest and I'm not going back, the place is disgusting. I have been going to the nugget for about 3 years and have never hit a handpay there.
I go to Oceans first time I lost $4k playing craps in high limit room, which has the best view in AC. Week later Im getting $1k free play, which I turn into $3k and leave. Just got to play smart and parlay correctly.
I'm going back there tomorrow for that Kesha concert, I'm planning on taking 80% of that free play right out of the machine as profit on a .25 cent x 5 dbl diamond reel machine. I'll let you know how it goes. I know a few high frequency, low pay machines and a few high pay low frequency machines.
