can 1 big win be a game changer?

There are too many unknowns to answer those questions properly.
I have met a lot of so called wealthy people in my life. I haven't met any real wealthy people who are in the habit of gambling their fortunes away in a casino. Most of the wealthy people I know are fairly frugal. I have met some people who inherited money that someone else worked hard for. Among them were some of the dumbest people I have ever met.

Anyone can hit a big jackpot, whether it be in VP or in life. All it takes is being at the right place at the right time. Staying wealthy is a lot harder.

So what im gathering is all those people who gamble in medium to high limit will go broke after 12-16 months and will use there bank accounts to continue to film their gambling youtube channels? It seems pointless and wasteful imo if one cant maintain there gambling stakes

Some people make a lot of money from youtube providing they have lots of views. Slotlady for example has over 59,000 followers and over 21 million views. Her monthly check from youtube is between 632 dollars to 10 thousand dollars per month. She could make over 120 thousand per year on the top end. I get these numbers from a site called socialblade.

So youtube could be where the money to gamble comes from for Slotlady

People who gamble big don't all go broke. Jerry Jones just bought a 250 million dollar yacht. I don't know if Jerry plays VPs. He may own a casino for all I know. If Jerry lost a million dollars in a casino, it wouldn't hurt him financially. I suspect he wouldn't enjoy the experience.

No one goes from a weekly paycheck to a millionaire by playing video poker alone. If they make that claim, they had help and got very lucky over a short period of time. Luck never lasts. If they were smart enough, they could have turned that luck into a lucrative business. YouTube is one way to promote it. It takes cash flow from something other than VP to make VP profitable long term. How you get it is up to the individual.

Like I said before, you don't have enough information to start making these kinds of conclusions. What is their staring bankroll, how well are they playing the game, what other incentives are they receiving, etc.

Their tolerance for bankroll swings also affects their results. If they have the discipline to stick with a winning plan, the odds are with them. It's when they go "on tilt" that causes most of the losses. There is always a chance that you will do everything right according to the math and still lose. This is possible because you may not be able to play enough hands in your lifetime. It may be small enough where you consider the risk tolerable or insignificant. It's there nonetheless.

NJ slot guy claim to be ahead for the year 46k, not sure about the other channels/gamblers.

question remains can he stay ahead 46k by varying his bets? he does claim to go down if hes losing but never go up when losing but he does go up if hes winning some times

There is a famous picture of a $400,000.00 royal that professional poker player Huck Seed hit a few years ago. It was on a $100.00 denomination single line machine and I believe that he mentioned having about $40,000.00 into the machine before he hit it. I also believe that he was playing with a syndicate's money and not just his own but I could be wrong on that.
If it was only $400k, he wouldn't have been playing... ;)
