At least it did on this trip. I got to Mohegan Sun just after a bad snow squall last night braving single digit and below temps. Got checked in and decided to get a quick beer and play airport deuces at the bar with the 30 bucks before dinner. Too bad I had 6 coins in, but that is the bet my method called for. Several hours later I caught quad deuces but didn’t take a pic of that hit. No w2g on that one but it was a good hit. Finally, very late at night after coming close to busting out my 500 budget I caught the deuces again on a 50 cent game

Thanks. Forgot to mention the 30 bucks at the bar was free play. Also, leaving no stone unturned, I should mention my 3 prior trips all busted my 500 budget each time. I don’t want anyone to think playing this way will result in a 2,000 windfall every trip. Vman, I was thinking of you last week. Mohegan Sun had a wine fest, but had a nice representation of craft breweries there too. Never did get to sample the wine. The Mrs hung out with me for a bit until she met up with some current and retired teachers. So I left them so they could hang together tasting wine and enjoying their cucumber sandwiches and i headed back to the breweries stands and the bacon cheeseburger station. I think thats where you and I would have found each other had you been there. I didn’t find any of the craft beer there that I liked better than Sam Adams Boston Lager. There was actually one Yuppie food stand that had something I liked too. Sounds weird, but they were very good. Bacon wrapped dates.

Last, but not least, the third substantial hit which was in between the other two was dealt deuces with an eight. I had 13 quarters bet on that one. I’m always afraid on nice dealt hands one of my holds will disappear on the draw. It happened to me years ago on a job quad.

wtg olds. I lost a straight flush years ago when one of my hold cards disappeared. Because of the way it was handled by management (They verified the card was dealt to me but insisted I didn't hold it (was 4 to the sf), never played there again even though it is not far from where we live.

Did not work last night. However, purely on a whim, I played unexpected 100 free play on a DDS deuces machine. Picture attached. All I can say is I was very, very, very, lucky. Getting dealt the deuces is as hard as hitting a Royal.

Right, two redrawn quad deuces and a natural RF. Need a great hour tomorrow.
