Congrats Sarah. Be careful and don’t get carpal tunnel. It sneaks up on you. Funny coincidence. I hit one today too holding 3 clubs. You have the right idea to pace yourself. The lure to go right back is strong. At least for me, almost always a Royal is followed by several losing sessions. Hope you break that spell that gets me. Congrats again

Congrats. You are right. I did go back. It wasn't easy to do especially when one is living so close to the casino.

Here's updates for the last three sessions:

3/1/19 - lost $60
3/5/19 - lost $200. Decided to try bonus poker. Played for about four hours I think. Normally the same time frame with JoB, I would be down $160 the most from my history. I do hit a lot more full houses, somehow I don't feel it's much more existing, probably because my bankroll drops faster so I don't enjoy it much.
3/8/19 - Back to JoB, played for 4.5 hours, won $5, but decided to put it back to the machine to make it break even for the day. I know you guys said that there's no such thing as some machines are hotter or colder. At some point, I do agree. However, I've been testing and I am sure three out of the five full pay machines eat your money slower. Like I can play a whole day but do not lose too much by the end of the day. Two of those machines eat money a lot faster. I do draw more full houses from those machine, but they do not pay back that many small hands such as two pairs or jacks. Therefore, in less than 15 minute, my hundred bill was half way gone. I then switched back to the "better" machines, slowly my bankroll catch back to break even.

Also, one question for you all. Since I won the RF from one of the machine, do you guys suggest I go back and play that machine or do not play it for a while? I know all hands are all random, but since the RF did came out recently, maybe it won't be out again that fast?

I am going to Vegas in mid March. Going to stay at the Cannery because they have full pay JoB at 25 cents, but I did a little research and found Boulder Station Casino has many full pay machines too. Anyone has been to Boulder Station Casino?

Is the bonus poker paytable 8/5? 7/5?

It does not matter what machine you play. I understand that you might feel because it just hit it is not "due". The machine has no memory.

I love Boulder Station. They have some full pay fron nickels right up to dollars on the same machine and it includes many different games.

Good luck to you Sarah.

I'll go check it out. Thanks for the feedback. Also, one more question if you do know the answer. Sometimes when I reach a hand that I am unsure, I have an app on my phone that I can pick hands and it'll show me the odds. I am not sure if the Casinos consider that has cheating and kick me out?

If they see you using it they could ask you to stop. But I heard on gambling with an edge podcast the cameras are actively used for the table games, not the machines. You can print out the 9/6 JoB strategy guide and take that with you. On some hands, the app can give you a different hold than the strategy guide because of penalty cards. You should always practice in training mode so it will warn you when you make a mistake.
