It is an Indian casino, Harrah's or not. Indian casinos are not regulated. Play at your own risk! I never play Indian casino's....well, hardly ever.

Agreed...hubby and I have played there a few times over the past 5 years...it's a diversion but your chances of winning are nill and there is no alcohol to lessen the pain!

You win some you lose some? Please. Harrahs Cherokee has some of the worst video poker pay tables in captivity. Buy an airline ticket to Atlantic City or Las Vegas. Playing 96% payback games is for losers and degenerate gamblers. Even in Joliet, Illinois of all places Harrahs has 9/5 Super Pays and Multistrikes at the quarter level. You cannot make any money but the pay tables are not the insult to the intellect these Native American operated joints are. Then again after what we did to the Cherokee maybe people should just donate to a fund.

Cherokee is a captive audience. It's the only casino for many miles. And a market that has little gaming experience so many of the suckers who go to Cherokee don't realize they are being screwed. Why Harrah's lent their good name to the enterprise, I can't say. I guess the almightly dollar rules again. Before driving to Cherokee, check the mileage to Tunica or the Gulf Coast or Atlantic City.

I'm sorry Rascal. That just cracked me up! Show me a Harrah'$ anywhere that has good table rules or good pay tables and I'll submit to you that you have found the Twilight Zone! That group (Harrah'$) now owns so much gambling property that they can pretty much dictate their own rules!

harrahs at cherokee are getting ready to spend 650 million, wonder where they are going to get it? they say that they make 155 million per year, need i say more, lol.as all casino's the players pay.vp poker machines are computers, you only win if it lets you no matter what cards you hold.sure they have to to have a few winners or most folks won't come back.i think it's luck, one must be at the right machine at the right time, how the hell do you do that, lol.but on the other hand if there are a lot of people playing poorly, which is the case a lot of the time in any casino, you just might have a slight chance to hit the royal, lol
