Just an interesting story. It was Thanksgiving. I was living in Vegas at the time and working at Aliante Station. They had just opened. I was broke but wanted to play so I was playing nickels. I was dealt 4 to the royal on a single hand machine and I hit the royal but it came up as a hand pay. I was confused as to why a royal on nickels was a hand pay. Once the attendant came over, she explained why. It was a sequential royal. I had no idea. I got the payout for the royal as well at the $2500.00 bonus for it being in sequential order.
November... 2008? I think?

WOW ! Nice surprise ! Now tell us that you left with all that money or did you move on up to a dollar machine just to "give it a try" ?

Oh no, I took it home. I had just moved there, I was so broke. It was perfect timing!

Grats! I've hit one sequential and one reverse sequential royal in my VP career, sadly they were both on STP with no multiplier, which doesn't pay 50k for sequentials, just the standard 4k.

Not that sad; I've yet to be hand paid.

If you come to Ct. FAA and give me your cash out ticket, I will cash it for you and count it out in-your hand. Maybe that will help. Other than that, you don’t want any hand pays in this state.

FAA,you have said you hit 2 royals and asked for a check rather than cash;isn't that a hand pay?
