Tell your host you will return when your comps return. Also tell her you will continue to play, but it will be in a competitors casino. Hopefully she will tell her bosses what you said.

I have already mentioned that. Supposedly, there is a big meeting about policy tomorrow. I also share a hobby interest with the director of player development. He would be my final shot if the executive host blows me away after the meeting. Well we will see what happens. In the interim, I have already started playing at Foxwoods. Got to gold in a month. Working on Platinum now. That will take a while and I have to be careful on my play and use good judgment. The funny thing is right after the host gave me the first comment about winning, within an hour or so, I just got lucky again and got another Royal for another 4000. I didnt want to open another post and brag about it so I just tagged it to the post I already had about this won’t happen again. I’m curious if others on this site have run into this attitude where short term wins mean reductions in comps of various types. Most importantly the rooms for me.

Ace and I are sharing a brain. "You stay, you pay." -FAA
I had to physically exit and go next door for my Straight Flush bail out on Sat.

Yep when I get stubborn and keep pumping in cash, I always lose. Best to take a break and like u go somewhere else to finish your play. So hard to do sometimes. Need a crane like one of my cartoons to pick me up by the head and deposit me elsewhere

Exactly! I just complain how it's so unfair that the duds keep appearing as I continue to suffer. When I think that the big make up hand is coming, I bust. The machine has simply gone COLD. No telling when the heat is coming. Best to dump the machine. In my case, I can dump the casino for another.

I only have a fifteen minute ride to play at Foxwoods and dump Mohegan. With the latest crap Mohegan is pulling, I will be taking that ride a lot more or even starting out at Foxwoods. That should be easier too as I’m picking up my new car today. I miss my Saturn that went to car heaven last week after toiling for me for 387000 miles. I always had in the back of mind with that car about it not starting or making the extra trip, but in all of those miles, it only broke down where I couldnt drive it and get home once. and that once was due to a flaw in the axle steel from the foundry, not the car’s fault

They believe you'll come back and play on your own because you won.
I can see cutting comps a bit because you won. But to cut them completely is very short-sighted.
Sorry to hear about your Saturn. My gf still misses hers sometimes even though she only got 140k out of it. Her current car has over 170k now.

Most new cars will run forever if you keep the oil changed and keep the level above add. The biggest problem today with keeping a car for 20 years like I did is the electronics. The service departments can’t fix those parts do they just replace them at high cost and the labor rates at 130 plus an hour make any trip to the dealer today expensive. Here is a shot of a hut today. I’m still at the casino, but forgot to take the pic before I cashed out. I only helh one deuce. I was just playing 5 quarters till I lost what a wild Royal would pay. Then 6 quarters same rules. Then 7. Backing down accordingly. About even good time to quit. Especially since it is Mohegan and they haven’t fixed anything yet. Host is staying in too of it. Says their new upgrade I call a downgrade may be causing glitches. I have heard that before though. It takes them forever to fix them.

Sorry for typos. Miss my flip phone. Here’s the car. First casino trip last nite 44 mpg. Plenty of pep. Didn’t break the bank either.
