Sweet C and I debate all evening over going and then took a late night 2 ½ hour run to Coushatta so I could spend my comp $ before we lost it after moving to Golden Nugget. Arrive around 10:00 pm and started play on limited end-of-the-month bankrolls. After hitting nothing on my favorite multi-hand 5¢ machine and down to my last $100 I moved to 25¢ All Star and played 5 hands deuces wild. I caught 2 -4 deuce hands and cashed out. After our recent Vegas trip (see Vegas Posting) I decided to try Carrie (daughter’s Multi-Strike) which loves her but I’ve only done fair with no big hits. Started with 25¢ (20 coin) but remembered it always plays better with same pay table on 50$ and $. Moved to 50¢ and played up and consistent between DWB and JOB. Finally, caught 3 deuces on the top, closed my eyes not expecting a hit and up popped the fourth deuce for my first MS hand-pay. Here is the sequence:

2. 4 deuces on 50¢ Multi-Strike X 8 @ 2:01 am
3. 4 deuces on $1 @ 3:00 am
We already had reservations for Golden Nugget Lake Charles for a concert and two nights – Saturday and Sunday. We arrived around 2:15, checked in and had to wait for the room so we began to play while we waited. Little did I know the incredible deuces journey and a new Royal Flush adventure was about to begin. Here is the sequence and then the pictures:
Saturday, June 29
2:30 pm begin play with $300 in the machine; I generally start 10-15 #hands and move up on play or after catching deuces.
2:47 catch 4 RF on a 4/RF hold of DW 4/27 hands. I stood up to tell Sweet C I had hit 2 not realizing the second and third rows were still going with 1 more RF on each row. OMG!! (RF #1-4) Restart play with $300.
3:21 cash out ticket Royal ticket for $1,002.50 switching back and forth between DW and Bonus
3:35 Cash out another ticket for $1,300 having caught deuces and 26-hand straight flush on DW and multiple quads on Bonus
3:52 Hold 4RF on Bonus and catch Royal (#5); head up to room shortly thereafter to rest/eat dinner before concert.
7:00-10:00 Dinner and Concert.
10:56 Catch 4 deuces on 50¢ play. Play slows down so I move to free play and pull almost $400 off my $200 in nightly free play.
12:56 Having been up and down and getting tired I catch a AJ on 26 hands of Bonus -Royal (#6).
Play until 2:00 holding.
Sunday, June 30
5:00 pm begin play and can’t catch anything. I’m not “inSinc “ with the machine. I move to a favorite All Star.
5:50 Catch 4 deuces on 2 of 3 hands of 50¢ DW for $1,000. Play up and down. Go to dinner and return to play.
9:38 Dealt AJ again on 16 hands Bonus and catch a Royal (#7). Continue play going up and down. 12:00-1:00 am-playing on $100 up and finally down on 25¢ All Star catching quads, 5 Aces DWB and 5 OAK.
Monday, July 1
11:00 Checkout and we decide to play $200 each on Candy’s card since it is a short day and we don’t want to impact my Average Daily Theoretical. She’s just a few points from her renewing Chairman level. On long trips we play on one card to build tier points to top level and then the other card on short days to move the other one up a level.
11:42 Catch K-10 on deal of 11 hands and catch another Royal (#8). I play up and then down while Sweet C finally starts hitting for well for the first time all trip. She catches dealt Deuce Royal on 5 hands DWB 50¢, Deuces twice for a $1,000 and 5 Aces on DWB. Head home still in shock over the 6-day run. Some of the Pic may be out of sequence as I was having difficulty downloading them with out crashing the post.
