Bally's Bozo
I played at Bally's yesterday. About twenty minutes in a player whose back was to me on the bank behind me was sitting sideways and cursing in gradually increased decibels. While moving machines, I looked at his screen and casually said, "You're playing nickels. Relax." He said that he'd been playing four hours without even a FH and he was -$400. Maybe he moved down to nickels? Such victims are not relatable to us. How much masochism can a gambler take? Advanced Degenerate.

Define irony:
FAA, asking how much masochism can a gambler take.

A few years ago I was playing in the non smoking section. At the time this was a small room next to the main casino floor. It had 3-4 video poker machines and a dozen slots. A guy near the front was cursing like a sailor and banging on the machine. There were a few classy older ladies in the room with us. It was very disturbing.
This guy must have had tourette syndrome as he seemed very agitated. I thought about asking him to calm it down, but was afraid to approach him. I turned on the service light and asked the attendant to deal with it. Two security guys came in and spoke with him. He left soon after that. Casinos are full of people with issues. Be careful what you say and do. I have seen more than one fight. You don't want to be in one as they will throw everyone involved out the door.
