Speaking of gassing up the car FAA, the new Elantra is getting over 50 mpg on the highway. I love this car, but have already put 5,000 miles on it since mid May from casino runs. It is also quite quick in sport mode and with its dual internal transmission, and switching to manual mode, I have no trouble blowing away Entry level BMWs who often try and weave in and out on the road getting nowhere. Same with the aggressive vw drivers ( not the bug drivers ). Of course no 50 mpg driving in that mode, but a still hard to believe mid 30’s.

I am being lured by the Porsche parked in casino lobby for two months. The only way to win it is by winning qualifier rounds each Fri and Sat night. Fifty people each weekend get $200-$1,000 FP. A lot of hoops. 25 entries, so not worth the brainpower even if I attend.
