Loyalty only goes so far!

Post by olds442jetaway »

I have already posted about Mohegan Sun pulling my room offers even though I leave them in the green to the tune of tens of thousands every year based on as much as 2m coin in each year. Well, that’s about to end and in fact already has. Luckily, Mohegan Sun is on the way to Foxwoods. So I now stop there for a break, maybe a little remaining free play, and a nice dinner as they do have some nice restaurants and some very very nice employees. I hit this last night with my free play and my own hundred dollar bill. The machine

seemed unusually hot, so I stepped up a few hands and hit this. Promptly cashed out and off to the Fox. In the past, I would have stayed and played and played. Most likely have given it all back and then some. Had some luck at the Fox too. Net for the evening. Plus 1,000.

In case anyone is wondering why I an playing less than 5 per line, this is the machine that pays 940 for bet one for the Royal on Joker Kings and 800 for one on most of the other games as long as you are playing spin poker. There is no quarter options on this machine.

Congratulations. Same rationale at Ocean. If I go with >$100, it will be my ruin! So I budget after burning through their generous FP.

Just so some won’t think I’m trashing them just to trash, the facility is brautiful, they are always cleaning, they do have quarter 99 percent games, and in general, the employees are very nice and helpful. What’s going on at the top, I can’t even begin to imagine. Ultimately, it will be their loss my gain.

Just curious. Are there any other Joker Kings players out there? I know the variance is higher than job or deuces wild, but not as bad as DDB. That single joker has bailed me out many times when the cards themselves just don’t seem to come together. The version I play is just a bit under 99 percent. 17 for one for a quad and 940 for one for the Royal

Expanding on loyalty, I can no longer be a CET loyalist. Crap VP TCs. Bally’s is a dump. The other two are reverse ATMs seemingly in perpetual take mode. It’s been a decent run. Now it’s take the FP and run!

Pretty much only when I have a profitable situation. I've hit quints once and I still don't really like it.

This was an amazing draw for me.

Those were indeed cool hands and getting an unexpected draw and assumed loser deal that turns into something great on the draw calls for another Peroni for me. I hit this last night at Mohegan. I just assumed it would be another loser hand. As usual I was playing Martingale Clone thus the large bet. I was behind pretty far until this hit and bailed me out.

Last night was one of my final comp room stays at Mohegan Sun due to their policy changes on comp rooms. I made the reservation long ago. I used the hit on joker kings as very risky and expensive ammo for my favorite 800 for bet one machine. Unfortunately I had to play dollars. Naturally I was ecstatic when this hit on the bottom line. I very rarely play this high. I was hoping for a final payback on the room situation and nuch to my surprise it came through. Again I was playing Martingale Clone and would have been out of ammo in short order had this not hit on the draw.
