GN Labor Day Weekend
At GN over Labor Day weekend. Caught a couple of nice hands. I rarely play DDB preferring the less volatile Bonus/DW/DWB but decided to switch to DDB which is the second highest return of the 4 games. Caught this beauty about about an hour into play. 7:23 pm
At 8:34 this nice Q-10 turned into a RF
Then at 12:04 am this premonition ACE led to this RF
Sweet C joined with one of her favorite hands at 1:30
The next day we fed the machines with very little success until Sweet C came by to check on me. I had complained that while playing Bonus I had not been dealt a quad and figured I was due this trip and that I was due a big hit. While we talked about calling it a night this jewel came to me.
Hope all of you had a great Labor Day weekend. From all of us here on the Gulf Coast to all of you in Dorian's path be safe and you're in our prayers and thoughts.-

Dealt 4s W/K...dealt aces W/K and dealt 2s in deuces wild. I have never had a day like that. Congratulations!

Thanks, OTABILL, wish we could get back out to Fort McDowell. If we ever make it back that way maybe we can meet up.

Case, my life has been incredibly blessed and it often carries over to VP. But, I don't show pictures of the losses They occur too. I could never make a living playing the negative VP we play. Keep in mind Sweet C is retired and I'm retired but work part-time for the university now so we can frequently go to the casino. We practice almost every night at home. Second, we usually play multi-hand and may play 5-6-7 hours per day multiple days a month since we drive 2 hours to the nearest casino. We also usually only play low volatility games like Bonus, DW, DWB or Jacks. We also never play the "extra coin games" like Super Times or Ultimate X since they only add a small extra 1/4% or so increase in pay return but dramatically increase the need for a bigger bank roll. Our goal is to stay in the game until the hits occur. Best luck to you and may the VP gods smile on you.

Gimmick games like STP have never been good to me so I don't play them. I have tracked each multiplier and the win (minus the normal 1X) to see if I was ahead. For me, I found I would have had a better return not betting the extra coin every hand.

Would love to meet up. Unfortunately, due to health issues and the smoke at the Fort our VP is on hold. Bingo as well. BTW, they are building a new casino to replace the current one. It is expected to be completed next summer. The name will be changed at that time from Fort McDowell Casino to We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort.Lucky Larry wrote: ↑Mon Sep 02, 2019 7:31 pmThanks, OTABILL, wish we could get back out to Fort McDowell. Larry thanks for your and Sweet Cs good wishes. It's actually my wife who has the health issues. We always go together except on extremely rare occasions. I have not played VP at Fort, nor elsewhere in AZ since the time she can't participate. Solidarity as a couple.Lucky Larry wrote: ↑Mon Sep 02, 2019 9:38 pmOTABILL,
