Mohegan Sun must really hate vp players. It is not just happening to me. Many other Soar level players. So anyway, I have switched my play over to Foxwoods and so far so good. The bottom line for those affected.....between one and three million in coin in per year for each patron. No room offers going forward till year end and only about 15 bucks a week in free play. Play is not all on 99 percent machines either. Just curious

I know many casinos have cut back on offers. Caesar’s rewards have drastically lowered offers. Many of the top 7star players are complaining and it goes right down the line. I get lots of room offers but free play and food are cut back. Only the Boyd casinos in Vegas have continued to treat me well. However they did revamp their players club and many people are not happy.
I understand what you are saying. You put lots of coin through and there is no appreciation on the casinos side. No one ever said management was smart. As more casinos open and numbers go down casinos tighten up even though it might cost them more in the long run.
Unfortunately olds I don’t think it will get better. But who knows. Maybe they will figure it out but don’t hold your breath. You are also right they don’t like go players . However even slot players are noticing the cutbacks. Greed.

Let the seasoned vp gang run one. Between poor play, sticky buttons, and increasingly poor odds, our return for the house will be just fine.

Quite the reckoning. I’m bummed that my new AC casino’s summer largesse has terminated, just as it should seek player retention! Just awaiting the one bucket list hand to wash my hands of this enterprise.
