Off to the Machines!

Post by Bherget3 »

Hi all,

Brad here - just landed in Vegas for a conference. I'm off for the night to go try my luck - I usually regular the Sunset Station (I used to live here) and have heard some talk about Station Casinos using the new IGT "Advantage Player Tracking." Certainly curious to see if I manage to land that, having been absent from Vegas for over a year! I doubt 3 or 4 days of play will be enough to trigger it but...guess we'll see.

I'll be sure to post any worthwhile mis/adventures in this thread, should they come along!

Cheers!
Brad

Well I can't say it was too exciting of a first night - played some blackjack and did relatively well but ended up giving it all back to the VP gods...

This was as exciting as it got. Could barely pull 3OAK on anything. Heading back this evening to try again - they've got .25 sequential royal at over 13k on an 8/5 game, so maybe that's worth a shot.

Well, as former Chicago Cubs manager Leo Durocher used to say: "You can't win 'em all." Or was it: "It's impossible to succeed in everything." No wait, it was: "It just wasn't our day."

Better luck to you.

Thankfully, things ended up turning around!!! Honestly not a ton of great VP hits, but my girlfriend wanted to play the slots and we had quite the luck (for once), hitting over $400 on multiple occasions. The great VP hits are attached below!

The full house x12 on single hand $1 ultimate x was particularly exciting!
