Uncut Gems
Mohegan Sun figures prominently in the last half hour of this thrilling film I enjoyed last night in a real theater. I wonder if the high roller was based on Olds.

Haven’t seen it, but will. I was there for part of the filming. Big surprise huh! Believe it or not, my play there the last few years is like playing pennies to some of the players I know there and some I don’t know as they play in private casinos on the upper floors. It is not unusual to see players on the floor play 25 bucks a hand of vp for hours on end. A few I know play 100 bucks a hand. Until this year, my average was 2 bucks a hand. Now it really is pennies. The stakes in some of the high limit table games are hard to believe until you see it first hand. The math is very straight forward. 2 bucks a hand x 600 hands pwr hour x 8 hours x 4 sessions a week x 50 weeks is 1,920,000 coin in per year.
