Ditto 28 years ago. And Saturn too. Still have a 91 and 92 Celica and daughter a Scion TC. The Saturn went 369 k in the original drivetrain. It was still strong when I junked it last year, but to fix the emissions issues and shift cables for a second time would have been just too expensive. That original clutch was as smooth as silk the day I junked it. More casino trips than I can count and never stranded me up or back even once.

Honda builds in the USA, not just Japan or Mexico.
My previous car went over 270,000 miles, finally donated it to Catholic Charities to get a brand new Subie. Still have my 2004 Civic Hybrid.
