Ice Storm
Well, we have ICE! But so far, we have not lost power. There is a lot of fear of that. My B-in-Law supervises the repair crews for the Power Company and told my wife that nearly all of his crews were iced-in down in SouthEast Kansas where the storm first hit. The roads are so icy now that they can't get back to "home base" in Wichita! So, Wichita and surrounding areas are on "short crews". However, so far, I have not heard of any major power outages though my wife did see a few crews out working.I have a couple of pictures on my camera but don't know how well they'll show up. I'll upload a couple if they turned out okay.It hasn't been nearly as bad so far as we all feared though I'm sure in other parts of this area it is much MUCH worse. I'm thinking of Oklahoma City! And Kansas City. Bad news!

MikeA you should take OEJ up on his offer. I just saw on the Fox Report that Caesars raised their Blackjack bet limit to 50K. I suspect you could clean them out.

Oej, how is it where you are? For the folks outside CO, we've had a couple of snows in the last few days. At my place it's slicker than you-know-what, I was out in my 4WD sliding all over the place. It's so bad that I decided not to risk a trip to the local casinos - blew off a $50 coupon!
