Since joining at the gold level we have had sporadic problems loading games. Today has been the most frustrating. We have tried to load several different games and none of them work! It looks like the game loads but it does not display. We are only looking at a blue screen. We installed flash and that didn't help. We have rebooted several times and even used the Go back software. Still doesn't work! Ironically we can play the games on a different computer.
Please advise.

It turned out that the problem was with our browser (AOL). It seems to have corrected itself this morning.

I found,for some reason, since going with IE7 that shutting off my Dial-Up Accelerator has eliminated all loading and time out issues.
