We were able to go Thursday evening, but the forecast is for another bad wind and rain storm today. We are in the midst of it now. 60 mph winds expected too in a bit. Still dealing with water in the basement, but so far, under control with the new pump. We went up this morning for the Mohegan Sun Ascend Holiday Party. It was nice, but we had to cut it short to head home and ride out the storm and again baby sit the water situation. We checked into our room, but didn’t even get to use it. Just played a little. Nothing significant either way. Fingers crossed the rest of the evening through tomorrow.

Of course you are right OMT. Here’s one for the record books. Just got home an hour ago. On my way to the garage, I passed by this machine and see that somebody left a quarter credit in it. Instead of cashing out I quickly reviewed how the game works ( I rarely play gimmick games)
Then I looked at the awful paytable. Something told me to pop in just one 20 which I did. Look what popped up on the 2nd deal. Like a dummy, I then played it down to 200. Still it cut my trip losses in half. One just never knows what is around the next corner in this crazy game we play. Welcome to Bizarro World!!

No Bizarro till probably after Christmas. My annual or semi annual charity run today. Our animal shelter of course, lots of good new stuff from casino Giveaways for Goodwill, Salvation Army, local charities, etc. Amazing how fast this stuff fills up the house. Especially a small house like mine!

Resorts and MS are truly birds of a feather. So destroyed last night that I am self banning from gaming. I’ll still patronize the restaurants and sports book. But I cannot give them another cent and still look myself in the mirror.
