Any casinos in either Wisconsin or Minnesota with full pay VP?

In MN ... TI, the Grands, Jackpot Junction and FonduLuth all have full pay OEJs.

OEJs are the only game I have found. I have won a few times but it is volatile and the strategy is hard to learn without many training programs having it.

Yes on all accounts. It IS the most complicated game out there. You can get a strategy and practice the game using WVP. Vipoker also has a OEJs practice capability.

Hello. I'm new to video poker and have an interest in finding a strategy for One Eyed Jacks. I can't seem to find anything on the internet or in books.
What is WVP?
I did download "ViPoker" which does have OEJ, but I am looking for a concrete set of rules to be able to learn the correct strategy instead of just trial & error by playing ViPoker. For example, sometimes ViPoker will tell me to hold a "10" by itself and other times it won't -- I want to find out the rules behind this reasoning.
I understand that OEJ is the most difficult game to learn perfect strategy for, so I would also be willing to settle (at least at first) for a simplified near-perfect strategy (if possible).
Thanks to anyone who can help here!

Hi, Welcome to videopoker.com forum! I cannot help you with OEJ. Log on to Bob Dancer Presents Win Poker for info on a computer software program of VP games for practice, tutorial, and so much more.

Winpoker does not support OEJs (and Bob Dancer no longer has his name on the product since he is now marketing VPfW). Wolfvideopoker.com (WVP) provides a full strategy or you can go to vpgenius.com and get a close strategy. I hope you downloaded vipoker as well since it is free and lets you practice the game.
BTW, I have five software programs loaded on my computer. They are all good and each has it's advantages. I'm sure I'll eventually download VPfW as well. They are all extremely reasonable when you compare the cost to even a few minutes gambling.
It's a little humorous that most people count down their time to visit Las Vegas. That is where I'm currently located, and I'm starting to count down my days to head back to MN.
