Other than the Palms (which has 11), which Vegas casinos have $.25 100 hand machines for DDB?

A lot of them do. Just follow the forlorn faces around town to their favorite gambling palaces and you'll see most of them sitting at the penny 100-play machines. Watch and wait until they get a winning pat hand that makes them intermittently feel good about their wasting their time & money on the thing and quickly shoot them a question on where the 25c machines are. Since most of them jump up in denomination after hitting a jackpot these people are like dynamos when it comes to pointing other pathological gamblers in the right direction.

From a percentage-play theoretical standpoint the only difference between 100-play (or any n-play) machine and single-pay will be the variance; the expected return should be exactly the same. In fact, playing 100 hands at once, the actual return for any given initial hand should generally be closer to the the theoretical expected return than the actual return of the same initial hand played only once. Give the right paytable, there's an obvious chance to make a killing. But the covariance on 100 hands can also be a real downer during those inevitable stretches when your starting hands just ain't that good.

I was at the Four Queens last month and played a 100 hand Jacks or
Better machine which was full pay.  Played it at the penny level
w/5 credits.  Only had one 4 to a Royal dealt to me which only hit
one Royal out of the hundred hands.

The local racino has it here and I did see a guy hit for $50,000 early this year. I believe he was playing $50 per hand.
