I got a mailer for another VP tournament at the Hilton but I'm out of town right now so I can't tell you the dates. April, I think. I think it was $30,000. There is a slots tournament too but I never pay attention to those mailers.

Video poker tournaments for any money are far and few between here in Reno. I usually play the slot tournaments at the Atlantis. They are free (for frequent players) and I get free food, drinks and room.  Gives me a chance to play the game I love...vp. Next one is april 20/21 $45,000 all pay tourney.

Why not give it a try? You only have to bang a button like mad for a few minutes and everyone has an equal chance of winning. No strategy except button pushing and you get the same comps as any other tournament, ie; RFB plus they pay pretty good just for slots. I've gotten a couple offers for Laughlin but am waiting for something from LV to come in. RFB comped plus a reason to get out of Dodge? Heck, sign me up!
