CD, are you drinking de-coffeenated coffee now? It's not bad but it's certainly not the same like regular and diet soda. I guess one has to grow accustomed to the taste. My Sister enjoys decaf and swears by it but I told her a cup of joe is not to be tampered with and watering down mud will only taste like watered down mud. The dunkin donuts coffee and the premium roast from mickey d's aint bad!

I don't have any problem at all with the "taste" of Decaf but I know I'm drinking it when the headaches kick in.

I stuck with decaf coffee and decaf tea for a while, but I don't drink either anymore.  My doc doesn't have any problem with me having a cup or two of the real stuff every day.  What really helps is not keeping coffee or a coffepot around to keep impulse cups down.

Now I drink a lot of bottled water & juices thru the day.  I'll sneak a soda now and again, but I rarely finish them - too sweet for my taste, now.

Hey CD, me three .1-3 cups per day depending on the amount of sleep I got or how the kids are treating Dad. Lots when I'm at the casino. As I told Marie, when in LV do as the locals do so I drink up. Forgot to add, if the regular is too sweet, then diet yourself from sweets for a month, then get a coffee with baileys and a bananas foster!

So maybe my 1 to 3 pots per day is too much?

So maybe my 1 to 3 pots per day is too much? BigSteve, you're hopelessly addicted to coffee like any good american and fellow VP addicts are!

I was drinking too much coffee once. Getting headaches if I went too long without some. Then I read the amount it takes to overdose on caffeiene. I am not drinking too much coffee any more, drinking the same amount.

You know that you have a serious coffee monkey when that last pot comes after dinner and you have no problem sleeping at night.

Now, when I'm in a casino - "Casino rules" - I'll drink it as fast as the waitress can bring it.

From my experience, that's some slow coffee drinking.

I can't seem to tip enough to get good drink service. I don't know if that an issue with the service, or my ability to tip.
