Steve, anxious to try E-can out. Only read about it's inventory of VP from the Las Vegas Advisor news column. http://lasvegasadvisor.com/whatsnews.cfm  gets you daily news about LV. You'll be able to find nickel DW VP on the strip, just good luck finding a positive paytable!  FPDW? Try slots-a-fun, silver city or casino royale. You might find something near decent returns and all not too far from Bally's.  Good luck to you next weekend!

Does anyone know if Bill's still has a breakfast special?  Looks like the Palms is going to get a lot of my play.
Smart thinking for the PALMS, good choice for W2Gs. DDB, DW and LDW. Ahhh, Bill's VICTORIAN ROOM breakfast - best, little-known secret on the strip! Every trip, we make at least one mad, certifiable dash to catch their breakfast special before that 7:00 AM deadline. We are SO grateful there is little traffic on Flamingo Blvd as we race across at that early hour! Gorgeous dark paneling, stained glass decor, great service and breakfast special was still there in MAY. We had heard great reports of Wayne Newton's show for many years and caught his Christmas show at Flamingo a few years ago. That guy is still giving 100% and has a packed show, sure to please all ages. He rode a horse on stage and his young daughter really stole the show when she walked their pet penguins off the stage as if they were trained dogs. Pretend you're surprised! He talks of the Arabian horses and bird collection at their ranch. He saw a blond (lawyer) in one of the front rows "with a smile that would light up a room". Bring her to me or don't come back he told a staff member. The rest is history! What a romantic story of love at first sight! Awww. He comes across as a rare one who truly loves what he does! Report back to us!

Steve, I hope you've done some pre-travel planning like where the shuttles are and will take you. You can go to the GVR,Palms and Southpoint via shuttle and all have positive games available. You'll be near all the Strip action at least and have plenty to see an do if you're the sightseeing type. Both Skyline and E-Can are a stones throw apart and reportedly some of the best paytables around! Down the street from a good place, Sams!

My uncle just gave me a glowing report on Southpoint and of course Eduardo says GVR is a go and something about leaving a RF at will call for the Cat.    Where's Bob Dancer?  I"ve promised myself that I'd take one of his classes if it was ever convenient but only as an act of mercy.  You know Bob needs the money as he gambles quite a bit.     Shadowman, Marie, EDC I promise to check into the shuttles from the sites you suggested but probably won't and as a result will find myself  at 3 a.m. standing on the corner near  the mission wondering where the hell is that bus. I'll only have myself to blame.     Sam's Town is a must so E. Cannery  is possible?  According to vpfree they really do have 5 cent FPDW.  That's amazing, I thought I was making a joke about that.  So many wonderful choices and 3 full days to whirl thru Vegas.  I feel like Eduardo already.  Hoochie Mama!

Steve, Your intended humor struck a nerve! I decided to call it quits on VP on our first night in Tunica. I learned the last shuttle from Horseshoe left fifteen minutes earlier. It was a dark, deserted, way too long walk from there to the lovely Harrah's Terrace hotel where I was supposed to meet my husband. Before I could reach a full blown panic attack, the valet attendant suggested I talk to someone at the players club. They graciously summoned a security van for me. Perhaps it helped me that I was stranded at one Harrah's property and staying at another Harrah's property. Okay, so gender probably played some role. Vegas and other places are different because there are cabs all over the place. Forevermore, whenever I hop on a shuttle, I ask how late they run and then ask where they are headed!

BigSteve, last place I remember him giving classes was at El Cortez downtown. don't know if he's still there or if he has an official website to check on such classes. I attended one of his classes and found it quite informative if you're not too sure about what you're doing VP-wise considering they're free. Yes! there is nickel FPDW and a few other PE games out there. Be a good visitor and take Mom to see the fountains at Bellagio! Sirens at TI? better to go by yourself.

There ya go, Marie.  we meet the nicest people at casinos particularly valets, dealers, concierges, security officers, policemen, asst. district attorneys, judges etc. who are wonderfully helpful.  I'm delighted that it worked out for you but I would feel better if you didn't leave your husband all alone to fend for himself in strange cities and I'll tell you why.    The last time I rode in a security van in Clarke county I was booked for highway mopery and had to spend the night in rather seedy accomodations with characters of less than sterling repute.   The good news is it was next door to the Golden Nugget where the  lovely and talented Mrs. Bigsteve was resting comfortably and completely unaware of my predicament much to my consternation.  Boy, did I ever get an earful about that night.  So the buddy system is always best whether scuba or casino diving.  Your buddy is the one person in the world who would bail you out of jail except that they're in the cell with you.     The Bellagio Fountains and the Conservatory are my Mothers favorite attractions, EDC.  I hope to take her for a refreshing beverage at the Fontana bar so she may view the fountains to her hearts content.  Now I must go and reserve a shuttle seat  to ogle the Sirens and put a Las Vegas lawyer on retainer because what happens in Vegas may be splashed across the front page of the Sun Times.     Hoochie Mama!

Steve, Thanks for a great story you fabricated so I would feel better about my Tunica faux pas! I concede to the superior one-up-man-ship!
