Re: Vegas in Sept.
I'm pretty sure we've already established that b*%#!'s gender! Very clever and eloquently stated, Boops and ginxxxx! May I echo and second your sentiments! AMEN! Perhaps another might think of it as an attractive married male whose presence/potential is obvious/evident but unattainable/off limits. WHO wrote that, I ask?

Eveything is attainable. And almost nothing is off limits inless you decide to make it off limits.

Actually, I spent a night at our closest Indian casino in New Mexico. Inn of the Mountain Gods. A beautiful casino and hotel in a gorgeous setting with the Sierra Blanca mountain in the background and a trout filled reservoir in the foreground. A luscious golf course surrounds the lake. There may not be a prettier casino location anywhere. Of course I got scalped by the worst paytables I've ever seen. Next stop was a truck stop casino owned by the same clan where I did great on the only FPDW and won all my money back plus a return of .25 cents per hour. My finest 3 hours of playing ever. Based only on this last session win of 75 cents I could be considered a successful pro gambler except for the $600 I lost to the 4 Whores casino the last time I visited. Strangely I'm not particularly excited about my up coming Vegas trip as I have been in the past. I'm thinking now I should have put it off until the convention in Nov. when I could meet some of my VP heroes and see the new offerings. There is an intriguing bank of $1 DDB I must see at the Fremont. Some interesting .25 FPDW at Sam's Town and of course Ginxxx's suggestion at the Palms. Maybe this time I'll catch a show. My sister's joining us so it will be livelier but she's oh so sensible not to mention cheaper than even me and won't gamble. Ah well, let the good times roll.

Have to throw in two cents worth. New Cannery east opens tonight down the street from Sams Town. North casino has great VP inventory.
Enjoy!
4 whores casino. Thats brilliant! You should be doing stand-up Steve!

LOL we're staying at 4-whores in October. Not bad. Like the rooms. Like the nickel 8-deck BJ with surrender. Right across the street from a pretty good double deck BJ game at Binion's too and not too far to walk to the Tez.

If I ever win there they'll magically become the 4 charming beauties of style and refinement or some such. Mike A., I hope enjoy your room much better than when you stayed up the street. Great luck to you and Cat. Win Big.

Steve, let's just all have a safe, fun trip. That would be a winner all around! A nice RF wouldn't hurt though!

Fun, safe trip is the order. My Mother has chosen Bally's as base of operations. Does anyone know if Bill's still has a breakfast special? Looks like the Palms is going to get a lot of my play. EDC, how did you do at the opening of the new Cannery? According to posters at vpfree it was a great time but crowded. I can't believe it but my sister bought a book on Deuces Wild and wants to gamble a maximum of $30. So I must find her a nickel FPDW on the strip preferably at the Bellagio? Great luck to all, let the good times roll.
