believe it or not, i love to play at Green Valley Ranch in Las Vegas. It is a little bit fancier than some, but there are two great bar progressives Ilike to watch.
The sports bar has a 9/6/4 DDBP progresive that is fun to play. You can watch games and have draft beer.
My favorite is the Drop Bar, where they play lots of music videos, including European ones, that are upbeat and dance oriented. I can't stay up to go to an trnedy night club so I can play great 9/6/4 DDBP progressive game, bop to some music and i possible pay for a masage at the spa!

The Sports bar at GVR dollar progressive is up to $5500! I got sucked into chasing it a bit last night. Ouch!

We visited the Green Valley Ranch for the first time last month. I loved looking around, especially the ceiling treatments in the table gaming area. Have I seen some of these spaces on TV shows?

Give the Santa Fe on the north rancho strip a try. Used to be great...

Try Red Rock, they have at least 4 banks of optimum play

Hi Ginxxxxx you sure have seen GVR on TV in a show called "Casino". They did a season there covering typical stuff that happens from events, conferences, drunks, big players, Super Bowl parties and all that.
It is a really nice property and Red Rock, believe it or not, is even nicer!

I was amazed to see all the GVR players on this forum. I LOVE the place. Just got back from the new Red Rock casino and it's fantastic. Both places have all the best games and they give you a lot of play for your money. I hit two nice jackpots and got the 4 aces at least 6 times in two days. Did I bring home money...LOL. Well I like to play a LOT...

Sam's town is a bit run down but their machines pay off well. They need to upgrade a few games, however and their comps are constantly being tightened or tweaked

I haven`t played too long, only started going to LV 3 years ago. At first I played every where on the strip, but came to realize it was best to concentrate my meager bankroll in one spot to get the best comp return. So how do I make the move to a new casino with no coin in history? Some of the posts here have me thinking GVR or Red Rock might be a better place for me.
