RNGrandom the cards or the score

i have experienced on 50x wild deuces when my first hand have 3 of a kind the second draw i have an average of 12 quads... some with wilds of course BUT in average 3 to 5   four of a kind no wild  try to get that in ddp...  i think rng shuffle the payout  not the cards.... what do you think  and what have you experienced    thanx  steve
