Vegas Trip 6/23-6/26 Big Don

Only had three days/nights to travel about by rentacar to hit the big one. Stayed at the Venetian  (had 3 free nights/Loyal  once a year customer) but of course I know,  bad return/paytables  video poker. Went first day to Palms try out Ultimate 4OAK.Fun game when hitting, 4 8's on ddb plus an ACE on pick, 650 credits. Then the bottom fell out, that 6th credit bet really burns up the credits. Looked for JW full pay most machines were 85 for 4OAK, or conversely 100 4OAKbut 25 Full house/20 flush. What gives?? By the way strictly a 25 cent player. nickels no thrill/dollars too rich for my present budget of @ 200.00 per day for VP.I got an EMAIL Senior day ( 50 plus)@ Stations Casinos Wed 25th. Went to the Boulder Station early Wed , Earned plenty of bonus points (free Buffet) But could not stay till 4 pm bonus drawings. Credit count up and down / could not hit any better than a 200 credit win BP/Bonus deuces/ddb mostly. Enjoyed pool @ Venetian /spa too showered went to dinner and went by Tuscany Casino. It looked Ok/ nice from the outside so in I went. Good signup perks for player's club. Freeplay bonus $5.00 to ?? pick a card from bowl/$10 food after initial play of I believe 1000 pts/ free keychain and best of all 8/5 bonus poker not the 7/5,6/5 junk that you see on the strip. Earned enough comps in @ 4 hours  of play for free14 dollar T-shirt and 10.00 cash back. Had a 1/2 day conference/excuse to go to Vegas Thurs morning. Went downtown that evening for light showand some $5.00 blackjack with some of my fellow conference men. Played at Binion's was up @ 200.00 cashed out at a c-note. Floated around,downtown went to the nugget, rude but cute dealer,cashed out played 1/2 hour VP Taught a buddy my VP skills LOL and Cabbed it back to Venetian. Friday Am last day of trip checked of hotel went back to Tuscany for the final 100 to play. Last gasp to break even/go up went back to Tuscany on way to rental car return. 2 Hours of play 3 deuces 5 times/could not pull in the 4th.Bonus deuces played.  Learned one thing from this trip 3 days compact rental $134.00 2 months prior, Internet Search 2 days B4 trip 87.00 for a Intermediate. All taxes/Facility fees/Bull included in both prices.

Went to vegas over the weekend.  Wife wanted to get grandson and have him for a week.  Played spin poker, dealt 4oak 6 times on db, caught 4 aces twice once 7 times and once 6 times.  Would have won if i left the wife at home.  Oh yea, she messed up anniversary plans for that weekend too.  Had hotel reservations for 27th, and dinner reservations at ruths chris steak house.  had to cancel those because grandma wanted to get the grandson.  Oh well you know what they say about the best laid plans.
