So sorry you didn't like Ocean Downs.  I guess we liked it so much because we found 9/5 quarter and 9/6 $ vp.  Also, I'm a video poker bar rat.  There are 20 machines around the bar and they aren't all the same pay schedule.  Go figure.  We'll be returning.  Oh, that 1st visit was on Valentine's Day and I got a hearts royal.

So sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you.  Your question about Wilmington is probably moot now.  It's ok there and it does have good pay schedules, the best in DE, I think.  We enjoyed our 1st visit to Ocean Downs near Ocean City.  20 machines around the bar; different pay schedules but you can find 9/5 quarter and 9/6 $.  Had a royal on Valentine's Day - our 1st visit there.  We'll be going back.  Small and charming, but, as with all small casinos, they'll be expanding.

munrosm .... Okay maybe I can give it another chance......there were sooo many people when I was there...I had to wait for a machine and I just assumed that they were all the same. Thanks for the info! Good luck on your next trip!

You need to go to Ocean Downs on a weekday.  Luckily, retirees have that option!!

Think the only hotel @ PA casinos so far at least in the eastern part of the state--except for the Mt. Airy/Pocono one--is the new one just opened @ the Sands in Bethlehem.  Drawing great crowds I hear.  Loved the casino the one time I was there.  Different looking construction inside.
