There used to be 5 or 6 machines of FP JOB in the park place area of Ballys and now they're gone. Of course, the $1 9/6 machines are still there. this is bad as I get some good postcards from them.
Anybody know if they've moved anywhere else in the casino?
No more .25 FP JOB @ Bally's AC.

You can still go. Caersar`s still has 25¢ JOB downstairs next to the Toga Bar. caesar`s is short walk.

Yes, but Bally's used to be my "favorite" casino. I would get the postcards for cashback and other sundry offers from them. I will have to establish Caesars as a new favorite.

I just came back form Bally’s. They still have the 25cent 9-6 jacks or better machines but they changed the pay back. You now have to play 10 coins to get 8000 coins on a royal. If you play 5 coins you only get 1500 coins for a Royal. The 25cent machine is now really a 50 cent machine. Showboat still has 8, 9-6 25cent Jacks or better machines. If you go there on a Monday or Wednesday the still give you a free buffet when you earn 50 credits. They took down all the signs that advertise this. I’m guessing that a lot of local people come to the casino just for the buffet and they don’t want to lose their business. At the same time they don’t want the summer tourists to know they can get the buffet for free. When you get your 50 credits you go to the kiosk and it will print out a coupon for your free buffet. I also walked down to the Hilton and they have a new video poker area in the back of the casino. They had lots of 25 cent 9-6 jacks or better machines there. They had a sign advertising that it’s a full pay area, with lots of different types of video poker games.

Caesar`s A.C. just made the Toga Bar bigger and moved the vp machines. The 9/6 25¢ JOB progressive machines and the 50¢ KOB joker poker are still on the floor.

In early July I took a walk down to the Hilton and played 25 cent 9/6 jacks or better. This was the first time playing at this cainso. Did not do very will at all. Lost $100 and only got 45 credits on there players card. Just got in the mail a comp for 2 free nights in August, That’s a lot better then Harrah’s will give me. I have like 3000 credits there and they will not give me a free room in August. I only play 9/6 jacks or better. I guess Harrah's feels I dont lose enough for them. For now I will give some of my business to the Hilton.
To get a player’s card at the Hilton you have to go to the casino cashiers cage and they issue them there.

Do they still have the promotion " get $50 ( cash or slot dollars ) for new or inactive players"?

I don't know the answer to your question but they are really loose with the walking in cash in the mailers. Tons of drawings for stuff. Tanqueray scored a netbook on our last trip and a 42" flat screen on the one before that. VP is limited as far as a lot of new carnival games but the old standbys are plentiful in both smoking and non. All of the JW progressives are in non. Tip: take a good look at the paytables they have some foolers in there just like the rest of the AC casinos.

No I did not get the 50$ for signing up. But the mailer that came with the free room also gave me 4 -15 dollar slot coupons. You can only use one a week.
