Hi Everyone
I have finally gotten back from Canada and went to Mt Airy Resort and Casino and to see its new Table Games and Poker room. To say that it was quite busy is an understatement. It was breathing room only. All the tables were full and the limits were 15, 25, and 100 dollars. I asked one of the pit bosses about when the table limits go down and how much and his answer was that around 4:00am they go down to 10 dollars but not any for 5 dollars. He said in a couple of months and after the nostaliga wears off they may go to 5 dollar tables. The new table games are: Blackjack (full Pay), Let It Ride, 3 Card Poker, Craps, and Roulette and an Asian Room. (don't know what that meant) The draw back was that it seems people were a lot more rude and very uncourteous. I haven't played the tables as yet to let you know how many decks in Blackjack. They have even built another Parking lot to handle the extra people coming in. Also now on the 3rd floor of the hotel they have a Lakeside slot area. (Haven't ventured there yet either) Well I will try to keep you abreast of more information as I get around to seeing more. Nice to be back though. There are about 32 Blackjack tables, 6 roulette tables, 8 3 card poker, 6 let it ride and 4 crap tables. I believe thats what I saw and counted throught the crowds.

Wow, must be a very large casino! Is this just a new place or just added to?

The casino has been there for about 2 years now but the Table games have just begun on July 13th. PA finally allowed these table games in other new casinos around PA as well. The Sands, Mochian Sun at Pocono Downs and the one at Pittsburg and Philly.

Yeah. A buddy of mine went down to Parx Sunday. Nothing under a $15 dollar table. $15 $25 and $50 he said is all they had. I'm sure once things settle in they'll come down some. Didn't hear anything about Harrah's in Chester yet but I'd imagine it was similar there

I went to Harrah`s Chester, PA. last night all tables were $15 and up. There are so many people there the employee`s have to park 2 miles away and are shuttle in by bus.

I figured as much. Parx is the same, I haven't been in since the tables went in but all my friends who have gone said it's been a total madhouse since they did go in and hasn't let up much

Is it true there is now free booze at this casino for both tables and machines?
