Webman, I thought it might be Vista, but I tried it on my laptop that runs Windows 7, and it does the same thing.  It must have something to do with McAfee, but I can't figure out what, and I've allowed the site everywhere that I can.  Do you have any other ideas?  Thanks, Barb

AZ barb, do you know how to email a screenshot by chance? If so, can you send a screenshot of the McAffee main interface to forum @ videopoker.com so I can see what the available options are?

I don't know what you mean.  If you can explain it to me, I could probably do it.  Do you mean take a picture with a digital camera and email it, or send it somehow just from pulling it up on the computer.  Sorry I don't know the term.  Barb

A digital camera photo would work fine if it's relatively clear.

I received the photo and emailed a response. Let's stick to email for now and when we find the solution I will post it for others who encounter this in the future.
