In the midwest there have been several Indian casinos that offerred good vp when they first opened, only to remove the machines 2 or 3 years later. This is in no way any form of racism. Its simply a true statement advising other vp players about their tactics.

the message I am trying to get acrossed is they are not or will they ever be indian casinos they are NATIVE AMERICAN casinos.if they were owned by african americans would you then call them n----r casinos?

I am a proud member of the oneida tribe of wisconsin. with all due respect i do not think i am overreacting. to the lovely person who sent a private message i am aware that kewaunee had to change their name also marquette university neither complaint was brought by a native american

Wow. I can't believe that the word "Indian" has come to mean something derogatory. Its only a matter of time when words come to mean something bad. Kind of like "retarded" is now not politically correct. I respect others feelings and certainly will try to use the words that are not offensive to others but I still think that "Indian" to me and others is a term that describes the original "Americans" and is not in any way, shape or form a negative term.

the word indian as it were was given to the native americans by cristopher columbus.who thought he was in the west indies. that is his word not ours.
