new casino

Post by mendon »

Thought you all might like to know if you don't already there is a new casino in Michigan.  Gun Lake Casino which is just past Wayland on US 131.  Wayland is before you get to Grand Rapids.  Four Winds is also opening a smaller casino in Hartford.  They are taking applications right now.

Iam really not new here, my cumputer went down last July and I just got a new one, when I set up to come back to this site I couldn't get back on with my username that I used before!! Ha Ha The new Four Winds casino in Hartford is going to be small, they are callling it a satelite casino what ever that means.  The gun lake casino is on the smaller size to, we have been there a few times and have not done well, pretty ugly! All of these are within an hour from us which is not good!  have a good day

I hear you, mendon. We are within an hour of FIVE casinos. I notice these Native American casinos tend to start out with smallish stage one and it does not take them long to expand, add hotel rooms, pool, more parking, restaurants, etc.  HOW can they afford all these additions, I ask? (Rhetorical question, puleeze do not answer that!)

oh I have to answer th  which wing of the hotel do you own?  I do know that Fire Keepers payed off what they owed before the year was up,  My daughter was a dealer there until 3 weeks ago.  If you work for a casino they own you. work nights, every weekend and holiday for $5.00 an hour!  All tips are shared.  You can only miss 3 days of work in a year and then you are fired.  The turn over is big......but anyway they do all this building because of addicts like us!!!!!!  that's why I llike this site, I just pretend Iam at little river!!!! I saw you had a great day at the casino  awesome..... I got my first royal at little river,,,,, dealt to me, I about died, sure was fun!

Great hit at Little River! I assumed they did not allow anyone to hit a royal there, let alone a dealt one! That is three hours from us. Our son used to live in that area but moved to VA. I have yet to miss that casino! The pool and decor are most charming!
