All games (including contest) now disabled. Help!!

I just got a new PC with Win 7 as the OS. I cannot play the games in either IE 8 OR Google Chrome. I have ad blocking software completely disabled and the latest versions of Flash installed. I also have compatibility view set for videopoker.com. I can see, for example, the contest screen and game choices but when I click on a game selection, nothing happens. The problem is identical in both browsers.

Help?

ADDENDUM: Problem fixed. Whodathunk that plugging my headphones in would solve the problem. Found the issue discussed in another thread on this forum. Tried the fix, e.g. plugging in my headphones and voila! Problem solved.
