That is a beautiful definition, Kathy and thank you for posting! I agree. What I remember most from K: Play nicely, do not throw stones and NO NAME CALLING! edog, I tend to be a creature of habit. To me this sounds far better than a case of OCD. (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). Let's crunch some numbers. ON a typical day, I create six group challenges that I would enjoy playing and include 20 players each for a total of 120 new challenges. I will play six of those sessions so that leaves 114 new challenge sessions. I also sign up for six VP games that others have created that I enjoy playing. This further reduces those challenges to 108. I am confident I have contributed more than my share to our group challenges. WHEN I sign up for those six group challenges should have no bearing on anyone's enjoyment of playing group challenges on this site, IMHO.

Marie, say you were at your favorite casino and there was a bank of V.P. machines with one seat open. You approach the machine and a person says I am playing that in addition to the machine they are sitting in front of.  I am sure you would not be happy, it is basically the same thing. Yes greed is a terrible thing. edog, I try really hard to maintain a HAPPY and upbeat personna at all times, no matter what comes my way. We all see weird things in casinos and I am determined not to let any of them create havoc with my disposition. I prefer not to incite casino rage as I value the only nose I have. No big deal if someone feels he has to take two machines. I am neutral, He was there first. NOT my problem. UNHAPPY does not enter the picture.A similar experience to what you describe actually happened to me recently at my first visit to newish Gun Lake Casino. The only vacant seat at a 3/5 play bank of machines had a lit cigarette being held by the guy playing next to that seat. While he was willing to move that cigarette to allow me to sit there, I chose to walk. Intuition told me that he would NOT appreciate hearing about BESS who died of lung cancer, although no one smoked in her home. I was also confident he would not want to hear how much YVONNE hates using her oxygen tank, 24/7. I soon won $2K, TDB, AWAK on another machine to recoup losses for that evening and provide three more casino bank rolls. It was time for us to leave.
