In Vegas playing VP right now,Staying at the 4 queens.The Bar in 4 queens next to  Freemont  exp, 2 wild 15-9-4-4-3  1416.00 progchecked back and it was hit.A really interesting game at this same bar, suited royal JOB 8-5-4 but great progressives2661.00 Spade Royal Fl1772.00 Diamond1116.00 Cluibs1085.00 HeartsThats an average of over 1600.00 for jackpot Of course 4 queens has JOB 9-6-4, some very well marked with a sign. The DGreat impressive bar 1st floor with long row of High Def TV's. Great place to watch sports but too loud. This bar Bonus 10-8-5 1200.00 prog.Upstairs they have great deals Double bonus 160-80-50-10-7-5-3 on very old machines that pay quarters. Las Vegas club 9-6-4 job right in front so easy to find. UpdateThe bar progressive , Diamonds was hit.Its now 2698.72 spades1153.54 clubs1122.71 hearts1002.58 diamonds At 4 Queens a large row of full pay Double bonus 50-160-80-50-10-7-5-3-1-1 witha progressive to boot of 1071.76 Now playing this and hit 2222 for 400 coin payout. loving Dbl Dbl Bonus, on JOB would have only gotten 125 coin.  speaking of coin, these are modern machines at 4 Queens paying tickets. Some of the older casinos downtown also have full pay dbl bonus but are older machines that pay out in quarters. I actually tried one of these older machines but the fun factor not there with the old technology, cashed out and was shocked at the coins dropping, thought a tkt wold punch out lol.

If you like old classic cars check out the car museum at the Imperial Palace if you get a chance, we went there in Sept and it was well worth. We did have to go to the players club and ask where it was and also they will give you a coupon for one free,  really really a neat place.

Update,Checked out the El Cortez. Nothing special except Dbl Dbl Bonus 8-5-4 1965.87 progressive Walked over the the Gold spike, nothing interesting videopoker wise. One thing I am noticing is the disappearence of JOB. Lots of deuces wild, Dbl Dbl Bonus ect but not alot of JOB. Sometimes JOB is hard to find.

Final Last Vegas update  The 2661.00 royal fl spade progressive was hit last nite at the bar at 4 queens. I heard a lot of screaming there last nite, waliked over to there later and all the progressives now lame. I really liked my stay at the 4 queens, my favorite place in the world to play video poker,My best win was 800 "coin" payout AAAA On the full pay Dbl Dbl bonus machines by wall next to magnolias. Was thrilled with that because my game use to be JOB and that only pays 125.Really enjoying Dbl Dbl bonus. Different strategy then JOB in alot of situations. Dont like 2 wilkd, played it some due to a progressive i saw. Seems you throw alot of hands away not holding anything while Dbl Dbl bonus, you dont throw away many whole hands.  Even though overall lost money, could of lost alot more playing on the strip. Playing at the 4 queens, you feel comfortable gambling knowing you have a fighting chance. On the strip, its how long will my money last. I had the buffet at ceasars, was fabulous, but could'nt bring myself to gamble due to the odds.I used to stay on the strip and travel downtown, now I do the opposit, stay downtown and take trips to the strip. PeaceEd

Great post Ed we are going in December. We always stay at Fitzgeralds - THE D. Love Freemont Street vs. The Strip, in my opinion better value, we play abut 75% dime the rest quater when progressives are right. The bar at 4 Queens is great as is the bar up stairs at The D, the progressives are for 4ofak only.
