Many casinos on the Vegas strip have them.
All CET properties have them
Bally's
Caesars Palace
Harrah's
Paris
Planet Hollywood
Quad
Rio
MGM/MLife: All properties except Circus Circus, New York New York. MGM Grand has a 100-play machine, but it has an optional "Quick Quads" bet, so be careful playing that one because Quick Quads is significantly different than normal video poker, but I think it's really fun if you learn the strategy. I'm not positive on this, but that MGM Grand 100-play may have 7/5 Bonus (98.01% max return), which is good for pennies on the Strip.
Note that the strategy for Bonus Poker is virtually identical to Jacks or Better and often is a better paying machine than JoB, especially at Caesar's owned properties. For reference, 8/5 Bonus > 9/5 JoB, 7/5 Bonus > 8/5 JoB, and 6/5 Bonus > 7/5 or 6/5 JoB. 9/6 JoB is better than all of these, but no penny machine will exist on the Strip for that. You'll have to go to Palms for that (50-play).
Independents: Numerous, including Cosmopolitan and Casino Royale. I point these out because Cosmo also offers 7/5 Bonus for pennies and Casino Royale has 98.91% Deuces Wild for pennies.

Also a few places have 100-play with Super Times Pay (also an optional bet) including Harrah's, Flamingo, and Tropicana. I particularly like Flamingo because their 100-play penny machine has a great view the Pleasure Pit where they have a dancer on the weekends. Also hit this there playing 6/5 Bonus (97.14% w/STP), too bad I didn't accidentally hit the max bet button.

It's not 100-play but the Palms has 9/6(!) JoB at 1c/2c x 50-play.

Yeah, my ultimate goal at the time was "free" beer and to stare at boobs. And my wallet was pretty light before that hit. But it's better than max lines-1 credit, imo.

Foxwoods in Ct has a few of these with denominations as low as a penny. Odds are poor though. 6/5 for bonus poker. Mohegan Sun may have one or two at the quarter lever also with poor odds. At Foxwoods though, a couple of the 100 play machines have 17/7 kings or better joker at the dime level. Not too bad.
