faygo,
Yes, it is certainly good now that we can use the card at all the properties.  The only thing that doesn't transfer is cashback.  The rest of the earned stuff (food comps, room comps, etc..) can be transferred to the other properties.  It should be real nice, especially this summer when it will be harder to secure a room on some of the nights.  Now we have a lot of possibilities to get a room between the 3 properties.

Now you can go to the "WILD SIDE"

Mike-Usually the cashback is listed 2 days later. Mine is there-I went to check. My host confirmed that now to get room service comped you need to dip into your comp dollars. Thats fine with me! As long as they give a decent amount per trip. I also understand it will "cost" $10 off your comp dollars to go to the Maharajah and Presidents club (Bengal club too?) We each have 175 so that should cover anything we want to do this weekend. We usually play from 1130ish till 3-4pm-depending on how we are doing, taking a break to eat and watch a movie and back down after arund 2 hrs till we are broke LOL or tired! Whichever comes first!!! I will keep my eye out for you! That 15% bonus is 15% of what???? Hope to see you this weekend!

Got the Trump one mailer yesterday. This is looking alot like Harrahs Total Rewards, which I hate. Too many unanswered questions. I'll see what happens next weekend and if not positive, will head back to the Hilton.
Trump has been slowly triming back the perks ever since the new guys took control.

Barb,

The extra 15% bonus cash goes toward your total cashback that you will earn on your trip.  So basically if you get $100 cashback from your trip, now you'll get $115.  Not a bad deal for sure!  I'll try to make it to see you both after work depending on what time I get off this weekend.  Either way, best of luck and may your trip be filled with lots of royals and 5oaks!

Mike,

From what I gather, you're pretty much right on the money.  The new system is pretty much the same as total rewards, but the cashback is still a lot better than Harrah's, and the comps are earned at a higher rate.  The points system is pretty much exact though..  It will be interesting to see if they cut back on their cashback and comp rates now that they have switched to this system.  Hopefully they'll keep it where it's at.

faygo,

Now that you mentioned the bridges, I started thinking about which one I do prefer (not to jump off of.. LOL) and it would definitely be the Walt Whitman.. straight shot down 42 to the AC Expressway.  Although when I lived in central PA, I would occasionally go down to the Commodore-Barry Bridge and take 322/40 down to AC if I wanted to enjoy a scenic route.  That is a very pretty way to travel if you're in to that sort of thing.

We have taken the senic route to A/C.  However, as we get close now, the hands start to itch, heartbeat quickens and Mama wants at them slots, fastest quickest way possible.

For those that haven't been in the Southern part of Jersey, beautiful farm land, forrests, off the beaten path great golf courses. It's worth the trip.
